I know alot of us have had a void in our life after The OC went off the air but you might want to perk up and take a look at a new show, Gossip Girl that is premiering September 19th on The CW. The show is from the man, Josh Schwartz who brought us The OC. He is teaming up with a few others to bring The OC to the upper east side of New York. The show is set in NYC and follows the lives of several wealthy teens and a few parents.
Just like I did for The OC with TheOCshow.com, I have started a fan site, GossipGirl.tv for Gossip Girl. The site is brand new with tons of photos and info to be added but the forums, photo gallery and cast bios are up for you to play around with. Find out more information about the show on the site along with a video preview of the new show. Check it out here at GossipGirl.tv.

The O.C. star Adam Brody has been “in mourning” since the teen drama was axed, because of poor ratings.
But girls all over the world will be happy to know the handsome face may be back on our screens sooner than we thought… as he hopes to front a spin-off series. The actor starred in the series for four years and loved his “geeky” character. And now he wants to resurrect the role of Seth Cohen in a new show, reports contactmusic.com.
He said: “I’m still waiting for the spin-off. He needs one.”

Poetic Tribute To The OC by Elissa Farkas
51 Comments Published February 23rd, 2007 in General OC News.I was sent a poetic tribute to The OC by one of my blog readers. It is quite well written and I have added a small portion of the tribute below. Read the first part and click the link to read the rest.
Poetic Tribute by Elissa Farkas:
In the middle of the summer, not too long ago
Everyone started buzzing about “the next 90210”
Beaches and babes; surfer dudes and sun,
The O.C. turned up the heat – California…here we come!
A guilty pleasure so deliciously good,
From the moment Sandy Cohen met Ryan Atwood.
Sandy took Ryan from Chino, to the land of the filthy rich,
The mythology began – “Welcome to The O.C, Bitch!”
“Welcome To The End, Bitch”, The OC Is Over

The OC Cast Members Say Goodbye Sort Of
303 Comments Published February 22nd, 2007 in General OC News.
The OC cast give their goodbyes in words along with some favorite moments througout the seasons. Check them out below.
Rachel Bilson “Summer Roberts”
“I like when I get to do things that really are embarrassing for me because it’s fun to make fun of yourself. I like the episode last year where at prom I got really drunk and fell off the stage and it was my first time doing a stunt, so I like to brag and tell people that I can do stunts because I got to fall off the stage, even though it was like a foot. The stunt girl did the fall… but I did a little of that.
“Oh, the Spider-Man kiss of course… the Spider-Man kiss was so cool. I remember reading it when Josh wrote that script; it was really clever and it was really fun to replay that kiss. Adam, I think, threw up in his mouth a little bit, so the kiss wasn’t pleasant, but other than that it was a really cool scene. It was upside down.”
Adam Brody - Seth Cohen
“Thanks for watching. I hope you enjoyed it. If you are upset, don’t worry, there are DVDs.” Continue reading ‘The OC Cast Members Say Goodbye Sort Of’
